International Students at National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic”

National University “Zaporozhzhia Polytechnic” is a highly-ranked educational establishment offering professional training for international students. University’s graduates are regarded as highly-qualified specialists not only in their home country but also abroad.

It was in 1973 when we welcomed the first international students in our university. Since 1978 more than 1,120 international students from 72 countries have obtained their degrees. Geographically, our graduates represent Eastern Europe, the Middle East, China, Africa and Latin America.

Since 1991, international students have been offered a foundation year in our university. The international students who would like to do a foundation course will be enrolled to study at the Preparatory Department for International Students. The cutting-edge foundation course program, combined with years of experience of our professors and lecturers, enables the students to quickly learn the Ukrainian language as well as the basics of economics and technical disciplines. During Preparatory Department operation about 500 foreign citizens have been awarded a certificate for successful completion of the foundation course.

Upon completing their training, graduates receive a state diploma of the highest level of accreditation.
