Goals and objectives of the project
Development of a new form of cooperation between universities and enterprises in the digital age to improve the employability of graduates; provision of cutting-edge competences related to employability skills required to shape the workspaces of the future (Competence Model for Work 4.0 and Digital Transformation Maturity Model); promotion of international and interdisciplinary co-production of educational content based on the Work 4.0 competence model.
- development of a portfolio of 9 eLearning modules and Open Educational Resources (OER) in accordance with the Competence Model for Work 4.0;
- implementation of a co-production approach for academic and professional experts in 9 virtual open communities of practice;
- development of a certification system with professional standards to enhance compliance and acceptance by enterprises;
- training of university teachers and company trainers and integrating them into open communities of practice;
- development of the Competence Model for Work 4.0 for students, professionals, and managers;
- updating 8 educational-professional/educational-scientific programs at the second (Master’s) level of higher education with mandatory and elective components;
- cooperation of Master’s programs within a virtual, international Master’s school featuring student exchange and double degrees.

- Setup of a platform for cooperation, eLearning, and document management;
- Development of a didactic concept for professional and specialized higher education;
- Development of the concept for open communities of practice;
- Development of 9 components for Master’s programs + a module for training trainers and teachers;
- Pilot teaching and training for trainers;
- Development of the WORK4CE Quality Management Guide;
- Data analysis based on evaluation survey results;
- Development and maintenance of a portal for publishing modules as OER;
- Certification of IPMA, IEEE, ECQA modules;
- Digital marketing and communication;
- Project management;
- eLearning components of Master’s programs and educational resources;
- Digital WORK4CE portal;
- Modules and training sessions for trainers and teachers;
- Open communities of practice with continuous co-production, content publishing, and QM;
- Certification system;
