We protect and defend intellectual property rights together with professionals!

On March 24, the fourth open webinar was held as part of the Business Ideas Competition “STARTUP with Zaporizhia Polytechnic”, where UKRNOIVI’s leading intellectual property professional, Yuliana Zukh-Kipriyanova, shared important information on legal protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in startup activities.

The participants analyzed the main concepts and, in particular, paid attention to the following issues:
– how to effectively commercialize intellectual property
– how a well-developed IP strategy affects the competitive advantage of startups
– when and where to start forming an intellectual property portfolio
– how to regulate intellectual property rights in a team, with an investor and with third parties

Ms. Yuliana demonstrated interesting cases using examples of well-known companies, and also analyzed business ideas together with the participants and provided valuable recommendations. We are sincerely grateful to the expert for her openness and useful information!
