Psychological workshop “My path to the goal”
On May 25, a psychological workshop “My Path to the Goal” was held by the Center for Helping the Rescued of Zaporizhzhia, co-organized by the Department of Psychology.
The workshop was conducted by Tetyana Borodulkina, a psychologist at the Center, associate professor of the Department of Psychology, author of the MAK, author and psychologist of the project “Psychological Space “Entelechy of Meaning””. Among the participants were master’s students, graduates and employees of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, city psychologists and teachers. The presenter experimentally combined several methods: Roberto Assagioli’s psychosynthesis, art therapy, work with object metaphors, and sand therapy, which made the path to the goal more conscious, filled with discoveries and new meanings.
During the workshop, the participants analyzed the most significant life goals and worked out the path to one of them. The exercise of one of the leaders of modern psychosynthesis, Piero Ferrucci, was based on the exercise “Goal”. At the beginning and end of the lesson, each participant had the opportunity to feel herself and the melody of her soul by playing the pentatonic musical instrument – the glucophone.
We thank the Center for Assistance to the Rescued of Zaporizhzhia for the opportunity to join the psycho-emotional support of the residents of our front-line city! Thank you all for your active participation!
