Hotline of the Ombudsman of Ukraine Dmytro Lubinets: 1678
For the convenience of citizens, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Lubinets has introduced an additional communication channel — short hotline number 1678, which can be called free of charge from a mobile phone.
Please note:
– the previous hotline number — 0 800 50 17 20 — continues to operate as usual. Currently, a transition period is underway so that each applicant can choose a convenient method of communication;
– for calls from abroad, a different phone number is available: +38 044 299 74 08.

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
