Visit of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mykola Trofymenko and Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration Lyudmila Bukharina to Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University

On December 4, the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Mykola Trofymenko and Deputy Head of the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration Lyudmila Bukharina paid a working visit to the National University of Zaporizhia Polytechnic.

During the tour of the Polytechnic, the university staff demonstrated our latest achievements and projects:
– The FREETIME Youth Hub, which has everything young people need — an ideal space for holding youth gatherings and meetings with friends, developing innovative projects, discussing interesting initiatives, and simply relaxing
– The Quantum Educational and Scientific Experiment Center — a modern space for research, engineering solutions, and innovative projects
– The Zaporizhia Polytechnic Children’s and Youth Scientific University, which motivates young people for comprehensive development: conducting educational and scientific activities and expand career guidance activities to help students consciously choose their future profession
– Museum of the History of Technical Progress, where the memory of our university’s past is preserved and our progress can be best tracked
– Educational hub for displaced teachers based on the University’s Scientific Library, which has become an innovative workspace for conducting educational activities and supporting relocated teachers and students
– Cogeneration plant, which runs on natural gas and allows for the simultaneous production of electricity and heat, which leads to a number of strategic advantages, especially in martial law

 The Deputy Minister also talked with scientists from Zaporizhia Polytechnic University and learned about their achievements aimed at the development of Ukrainian industry and the general future of the country.
