VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Society and Personality in Modern Communication Discourse”

On October 15, the VI All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference “Society and Personality in Modern Communication Discourse” was held, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the National University “Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic”.

The event was co-organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Poltava National Pedagogical University named after V. G. Korolenko, Berdyansk State Pedagogical University, University of Customs and Finance (Dnipro), Ternopil National Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatiuk, Central Ukrainian State University named after Volodymyr Vynnychenko (Kropyvnytskyi), Mariupol State University, Uman State Pedagogical University named after Pavlo Tychyna, Kremenchuk National University named after Mykhailo Ostrohradsky, Higher Education Institution “King Danylo University” (Ivano-Frankivsk).

The scientific event was attended by 160 participants — scientists, teachers, postgraduates, students — from different parts of Ukraine: Zaporizhia, Kyiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Dnipro, Poltava, Uman, Kropyvnytskyi, Kremenchuk, Mariupol, Berdyansk, Mykolaiv.

The directions of development of the theory and practice of social work, social policy in the world and in Ukraine, theoretical, methodological and applied problems of modern journalism, problems and prospects for the development of psychological science in Ukraine were discussed.
