III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Trends in Socio-Economic Transformations and Intellectualization of Society in the Context of Sustainable Development”

On October 20–21, the Department of Economics and Customs of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University held the III International Scientific and Practical Conference “Modern Trends in Socio-Economic Transformations and Intellectualization of Society in the Conditions of Sustainable Development”, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the founding of the university.

The conference was attended by renowned scientists, postgraduate students, students and practitioners from Ukraine and abroad – over 400 participants, including 110 students from 6 countries of the world, 19 cities of Ukraine, 92 educational and scientific institutions. The discussion was joined by the heads of the Zaporizhia Regional Employment Center, the ZOSDPR “Potential”, the Zaporizhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, strategic enterprises of Zaporizhia and public organizations.

Thanks to the wide representation of participants from different regions, the combination of theoretical developments and practical experience, the participants deeply investigated current problems of today and developed a number of constructive proposals and solutions. They actively discussed modern trends in socio-economic transformations, challenges of sustainable development, problems of intellectualization of society, as well as the role of innovations and digital technologies in the transformation of economic systems. Discussions of real cases of introducing innovations in business, public administration and education were especially valuable.
