Associate professors of Zaporizhia Polytechnic University are certified FESTO specialists!

During September-October, a set of training sessions on the topic “Using FESTO laboratory stands in the educational process” took place on the basis of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic Center of Vocational Education.

Long-term cooperation and fruitful partnership with SE “FESTO”, as well as successful participation in mechatronics competitions, opened up the opportunity to train docents of the Department of Electric Drives and Automation of Industrial Installations.

The classes were conducted by:
– Mykola Yakymchuk — doctor of technical sciences, professor, head of the department of technological equipment and computer technologies of design of the National Technical University of Ukraine
– Yevhen Ryzhenko — head of didactics of SE “FESTO”

Participants gained thorough knowledge of the architecture of mechatronic systems, the principles of interaction of their elements, setting up sensors, controllers, frequency converters, and also improved their skills in working in the FluidSIM environment and developing modern solutions for process automation.

Olena Nazarova and Volodymyr Osadchii received certificates from SE “FESTO” and acquired the status of certified specialists who can use the educational equipment and software of the FESTO company in training students.
