The Psychological Service of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University invites you to the therapeutic groups «The Roles We Play in Life»!
What are we going to do?- analyze and explore the roles we occupy in different relationships and in life situations
- learn not to consider the role as a «fake mask»
- identify how roles help organize interactions with other people
The central idea is «I am not my role. I can notice it, research it, understand its function, and decide if I want to continue doing it.»
Presenter — Alyona Prylutska — clinical, sports and corporate psychologist, psychotherapist in the method of transactional analysis.
