Participation of a representative of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University in the meeting of the Steering Committee of the European COST Action ENDUeAI network
On October 5, the first meeting of the Management Committee of the European COST Action ENDUeAI network (Management Committee COST Action European Network for Developing and Evaluating the Use of GenAI in Education) took place in Brussels.
Ukraine is represented in the Management Committee of COST Action ENDUeAI by Nataliia Chuhlantseva, Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Management.
Researchers and practitioners from over 20 countries participated to begin working together on one of the most pressing issues in modern education: how to effectively use generative artificial intelligence so that it enhances the educational process, rather than replacing human experience and interaction.
The meeting was an important opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss current approaches to the use of generative AI in education, and establish professional interaction between researchers and educators from different European countries. The meaningful program and expert speeches of the participants helped to outline new prospects for joint research and the development of educational practices in the context of the rapid spread of artificial intelligence technologies.
An important aspect of participation is the representation of Ukraine in the Management Committee and the opportunity to join the European discussion, presenting Ukrainian experience and vision. Participation in the work of the international community of researchers and educators creates new opportunities for professional cooperation, exchange of knowledge and search for joint solutions regarding the responsible and effective use of new technologies in education.
