About the department
The department's mission is to provide high-quality training of highly qualified specialists capable of critical and creative thinking, professional communication in several languages, constant self-development and effective work in the conditions of a globalized world.
The vision of the department is to become a center of development of modern translation studies and philological education, forming competitive graduates with a high level of language, translation and intercultural competence.
The Department "Foreign Philology and Translation" contributes to the development of students' intellectual and creative potential, the formation of general and professional competences, and the development of intercultural dialogue.
