Students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University are the winners of the VI All-Ukrainian Essay Competition «My Shevchenko»
The All-Ukrainian Essay Competition «My Shevchenko» is held under the patronage of the «Institute for Modernization of Educational Content» together with the Public Organization «Innovative Horizons of Ukraine».
The tradition was started in 2018, when the first All-Ukrainian Essay Competition for Students and Students «My Shevchenko» was held.
The competition in martial law lasted from January 4 to March 9, and a competent jury determined the winners by age categories and in certain relevant nominations.
March 9 is a symbolic date for all Ukrainians – the 210th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko, to which this unique competition of students and students is dedicated. student youth, the results of the competition were published on the official website of the NGO «Innovative Horizons of Ukraine» and the winners and nominees were listed.
Students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University won in the category «Higher Education Institutions».
Under the scientific guidance of the associate professor of the Department of Ukrainian Studies and General Language Training Halyna Onufrienko, the first and second places were won by students of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences: first-year student Nika Krotova (BAD-513) – 1st place, second-year student Viktoriya Kovtun (BAD-532) – 2nd place. They were awarded diplomas of the 1st and 2nd degrees, respectively. The winners’ essays will be published in the collection «My Shevchenko».
In the current nomination «Shevchenko’s Creativity Across Language Borders», the winner was a first-year student from the GF-313 group, Mariia Nakonechna (scientific supervisor – Halyna Onufrienko), and student Olha Trubay (scientific supervisor – Kateryna Bondarchuk) – in the nomination «Nation-Creating Values According to Shevchenko».
Active participation in the all-Ukrainian essay competition for youth of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic is a great opportunity to once again comprehend the spiritual principles of the development of our nation and revive the inner strength that will allow Ukrainians to persevere and win!
