Annual testing of physical fitness of employees of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University
Dear employees of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University!
We invite you to participate in the annual physical fitness assessment, which will help you determine your level and pay attention to your own physical activity.

Prepare up-to-date data on your height and body weight and indicate the possible format of participation – online or offline. The questionnaire will help the organizers plan testing and collect data for calculating the body mass index.
If you are outside Zaporizhzhia or abroad, you can also fill out the questionnaire, indicating the appropriate participation format.
The driving test is scheduled for November 2-13, 2026. The schedule, locations, and participation procedure will be announced later.
Employee participation is voluntary.
Performing the exercises is only possible if you have medical clearance and are in safe conditions. Choosing a remote format does not constitute permission to perform the tests independently – you must first receive instructions from the organizers.
