Courses led by Cardiff University lecturers

Work continues within the framework of the «Twinning» initiative, thanks to which our university has the opportunity to organize courses led by Cardiff University lecturers for education seekers and teaching staff.

Four groups are working, studying «General English», «Academic English», participating in discussions in the «Conversation Club» and improving teaching skills on the course «Professional Development for Teachers».

Sincere gratitude to the team of Cardiff University specialists for the attentive, caring attitude to the participants, individual approach to planning work with groups and interesting, rich, useful classes!

… when writing my articles, I use the experience and knowledge gained from this course. For example, to use a more apt expression, to analyze an online resource, to draw students’ attention to certain features of writing an article.

What I like most about the course is that there is an opportunity to perceive information in oral and written form, and practice speaking in small groups, the content of the course helps to understand the peculiarities of using language turns in academic texts, studying the peculiarities of writing essays and reports. Of course, I am grateful to the teachers for the friendly atmosphere during classes.
