Psychological workshop "My path to the goal"
The Center for Helping Survivors of Zaporizhzhia in cooperation with the Department of Psychology of the National University “Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic” is pleased to invite everyone to the psychological workshop “My Path to the Goal”!
The workshop is based on the exercise “Goal” by one of the leaders of modern psychosynthesis, Piero Ferrucci. During the session, participants will be able to reflect on the most important life goals of their own lives and work out the path to one of them.
Leader of the workshop: Tetyana Borodulkina – psychologist of the Center for Helping Survivors, associate professor of the Department of Psychology, author of the MAK, author and psychologist of the project “Psychological Space “Entelechy of Meaning””.
And we will do this not only with the help of images and imagination, as Ferrucci suggests, but also with the help of subject metaphors and art methods. If desired, several participants will be able to model their path to the goal in a therapeutic sandbox. In this workshop, the presenter will experimentally combine several methods: Roberto Assagioli’s psychosynthesis, art therapy, work with subject metaphors and sand therapy, which will make the path to the goal more conscious, filled with discoveries and new meanings. Each participant will have different personal results, which will depend on the worldview, values, request, specific goal and efforts to implement it.
