5 myths about admission to Ukraine for young people from the occupied territories
There are many myths and fears surrounding the admission of young people from the temporarily occupied territories to Ukrainian educational institutions. They often arise due to a lack of information or misinformation about how the processes actually work.
In this post, we will analyze some of them and show what solutions and opportunities are actually provided.
Assistance with admission is provided by the educational centers “Crimea-Ukraine” and “Donbas-Ukraine”, which operate from June 1 to September 30. They provide support at all stages: from completing the necessary assessments to passing the interview and submitting documents. Some of the processes can be completed remotely, even before departure.
Free housing is provided upon enrollment, as well as additional state support and assistance with adaptation after moving. After enrollment, students can apply for a scholarship in accordance with current legislation.
If you are just planning to leave, contact us. As part of the initiative of the President of Ukraine, Bring Kids Back UA helps to leave free of charge, confidentially and with full support – even if there are no documents. A safe route is selected for everyone.
If you are not ready to enroll immediately, preparatory programs are available, including a “zero course” to brush up on your knowledge of the Ukrainian studies component, adapt, and calmly prepare for your studies.
You do not have to go through the admission and study independently — there is support and guidance at every stage.
