Meeting with representatives of Cardiff University
On July 10, within the framework of the UK-Ukraine R&I twinning grants scheme, the first official meeting between teachers of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic and representatives of Cardiff University took place.
Professor Valeriy Naumyk, Vice-Rector for Research, Pedagogical Work and International Activities, delivered a speech with greetings and words of gratitude on behalf of the staff and students for the support of our university. During the meeting with Professor Omer Rana, Dean for International Development of the Institute of Physical Sciences and Engineering, areas of further cooperation and joint research were discussed.
The first intensive English language class was held by specialists from Cardiff University. This program will contribute to more confident communication in the international academic environment and effective teaching of courses in English.
