Meeting with representatives of the State Educational Institution «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Center for Vocational and Technical Education»
On February 7, the rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University Viktor Greshta, head of the Department of Integrated Welding Technologies and Structural Modeling Oleksiy Kapustyan and head of the Department of Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations Andriy Pyrozhok met with the director of the State Educational Institution «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Center for Vocational and Technical Education» Volodymyr Polukhin and his deputy for educational and production work Andriy Liush.
During the working meeting, the participants discussed future cooperation, in particular, the principles of building a learning trajectory from the 9th grade to the last years of the university.
A tour of the Department of Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations was also organized for the guests of the university. Together with the associate professors of the department, Mr. Volodymyr and Mr. Andriy analyzed possible options for improving the image of the engineering profession, interaction in the areas of developing educational and methodological plans and scientific developments, and advanced training.
Together with the director of the Children’s and Youth Scientific University, Olena Nazarova, they considered launching a regional stage of the professional skills competition in the field of «Mechatronics».
Our common goal is to introduce advanced world experience into Ukrainian education.
