Collection of proposals from the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University regarding candidates for the award of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine scholarship for outstanding services in the field of higher education

We inform you that the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has announced the start of accepting proposals for candidates for the award of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine scholarship for outstanding services in the field of higher education.

Candidates for the award of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine scholarship for outstanding services in the field of higher education are selected by the academic council of a state-owned higher education institution from among scientific and pedagogical workers who have made a significant personal contribution to ensuring the development of higher education, have conscientiously trained higher education applicants at a high scientific, theoretical and methodological level for many years, have reached the age of seventy and work in such an institution at their main place of work.

We inform you that proposals for candidates for the award of a scholarship are submitted by higher education institutions to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with a cover letter together with the following attachments:

1. extract from the minutes of the meeting of the academic council of the educational institution on the nomination of a candidate for the award of a scholarship;
2. application for a candidate for the award of a scholarship (sample attached);
3. information about the candidate for the award of a scholarship (in electronic form, sample attached);
4. certified copies of the documents of the candidate for the award of a scholarship in accordance with the established procedure: passport (1, 2 pages), documents on higher education, awarding of academic degrees and academic titles, certificates of distinctions;
5. statement of consent to the processing of personal data of the candidate for the award of a scholarship (sample attached).
