Completion of the DOBRE program for local council members and community leaders

The advanced training program for community leaders and local council members has been completed at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University. The advanced training program «DOBRE» was implemented by our university together with the Malopolska School of Public Administration at the Krakow University of Economics (Republic of Poland) with the support of the USAID program.

The program was held in a mixed format, the graduates of the program mastered new skills and methods of economic development of territories, project management, leadership development, in addition, Polish teachers and trainers provided a large amount of information on the development of democracy and governance in the EU, models of governance and civic participation in decentralized systems, culture and globalization.

The program was quite long, the total volume of the program was 575 hours, almost 20 ECTS credits, at the end of the program the students prepared a final qualification work.

Among the graduates, the students of the program were deputies of the regional council, deputies of the city council, heads of communities.

We congratulate our graduates and wish everyone the free development of their communities, implementation of democratic values ​​and best practices in community management in peaceful, free, independent Ukraine.

The program was quite lengthy, with a total of 575 hours, almost 20 ECTS credits, and at the end of the program, the students prepared a final qualification paper.

Among the graduates of the program were deputies of the regional council, deputies of the city council, and heads of communities.
