Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University begins training specialists in the educational program «Flight Operation of Aircraft» specialty 272 «Aviation Transport»
The Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University has become the third university in Ukraine that has the right to train specialists in such an educational program.
The specialty «Aviation Transport» belongs to regulated professions. This means that the activity is carried out in accordance with international standards. The requirements for its licensing are extremely high and Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University fully meets them.
Starting from the 2024/25 academic year, our university will hold the first intake for the educational program «Flight Operation of Aircraft».
Mastering the pilot profession will take place in a full cycle, namely, theoretical, simulator and flight training, which will be provided together with PJSC «Motor Sich» both by state order and on a contractual basis. Students will study not only the theoretical foundations of air transport, but also safety systems, aircraft maintenance and repair, and will also undergo practical training on simulators and real aircraft.
The university has a wide network of partners in the aviation sector, such as JSC «Motor Sich», Zaporizhzhia International Airport, and MC Avia-Grade, which guarantees internships and further employment.
