Zaporizhzhia residents came together in hand-to-hand combat

On March 6, 2013, the open championship of Ukraine in hand-to-hand combat «Spas 2013» was held in Zaporizhzhia. Guests from different parts of the country came to our city to prove that they are worthy of the title of the best and strongest. Representatives of the cities of Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia, more than 40 participants, were present at the competition.

Both old juniors and young fighters came together in the Ukrainian hand-to-hand combat, they showed excellent technique and skill, which was in no way inferior to world standards.

Representatives of the All-Ukrainian Federation «Spas» were pleased with the results, in particular, of the Zaporizhzhia participants and their students, who took honorable first places.

Let us recall that the competition was held at the ZNTU sports complex. The honor of the university was defended by the fighters of the «Shield» unit. Their participation in the competitions was made possible by the financial support of the trade union committee of ZNTU students.

The guys successfully passed the tests and won prizes, in particular, the gold medal for the first place was awarded to Kolisnichenko Volodymyr GP-111, Konyushkevych Oleh M-218, Dzhabbarov Timur KPU, the honorable second place was awarded to Davtyan David UFKS-210, and the honorable third place was awarded to Bohdan Yevhen FEU-621 and Levchenko Danylo IF-510.

The Technical University forever engraved the name of the championship in the history of Ukrainian hand-to-hand combat. 2013 was only a continuation of the good tradition of competitions, achievements and victories!
