Teachers and students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University master the direction of «Anti-corruption and integrity»
The Anti-Corruption Strategy and the State Anti-Corruption Program of Ukraine provide for the formation of public intolerance to corruption, the establishment of a culture of integrity and respect for the rule of law through the sphere of education. That is why the Integrity Office of the NACP held a number of events at which thematic materials were presented for their integration into educational programs.
Representatives of the Department of International Economic Relations took an active part in this process. In particular, a student of the GF-211 group Mykola Kyrylov took part in the summer lecture of the National Anti-Corruption Commission «Future without Corruption», and the professor of the department Kateryna Antonyuk participated in the development of the discipline «Anti-Corruption and Integrity», which, in accordance with the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025, will become mandatory for all specialties of higher education in the future.
The accumulated material, participation in interactive lectures and discussions with colleagues from other universities became the basis for Kateryna Antonyuk to launch the discipline «Anti-Corruption, Integrity and National Security», which is offered to students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic as a discipline of general university choice.
