Visit of the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Andriy Vitrenko
On August 5, the First Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Andriy Vitrenko visited Zaporizhzhia on a working visit.
After communicating with the leadership of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, the First Deputy Minister visited several educational institutions of the city to familiarize himself with the conditions for organizing a safe educational environment, took part in a meeting with the leadership of the regional state administration, representatives of the State Emergency Service and representatives of the education sector.
As part of the visit, a meeting was held with the rectors of higher education institutions and directors of professional pre-higher education institutions of the Zaporizhzhia region.
The working trip ended with a visit to the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
We discussed the course of this year’s entrance campaign, the beginning the new academic year, the work of educational institutions under martial law, and problematic issues that concern educators and require prompt resolution to create proper learning conditions for students.
