Virtual training program on implementation of organizational changes

The Estonian Business School, with the support of the Estonian Development Agency, has developed a short training program on implementing organizational changes. This program can help decision-makers in Ukrainian private and public sector organizations overcome the turbulent times during the war, as well as prepare for the new challenges of Ukraine’s recovery, in particular, the aspiration to join the European Union.

Estonian Business School is pleased to offer this 15-hour virtual training program free of charge to a select group of Ukrainian oci6 decision makers.

Estonian Business School can organize training for a group of 30 employees of the organization and/or invite a smaller number of employees to open courses where course participants from different organizations study together. The program will be held in the winter and spring of 2023, depending on time preferences.
