Participation of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic in the «Days of Sustainable Energy in Zaporizhzhia»
On December 12, vice-rector Andrii Ivanchenko presented Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University at the event «Days of Sustainable Energy in Zaporizhzhia».
In his report «Development of thematic educational programs and implementation of measures in the field of energy efficiency and energy management at Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University», he presented the specialties and educational programs related to energy presented at our university and drew attention to the energy security project from USAID, which is implemented by Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University. He also spoke about other educational and scientific projects in which our students and teachers participate.
Professor Andriy Karpenko, director of the «Engineering-Automation-Mechanical Engineering» cluster, spoke about the involvement of enterprises in the city of Zaporizhzhia in the energy-efficient policy.
During the meeting, a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy was signed between the Zaporizhzhia City Council, the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, the Zaporizhzhia National University, the Ecosens public organization (an independent association of the Zaporizhzhia Restoration Council), the Public Union Zaporizhzhia Cluster «Engineering-Automation-Machine Building» and the Regional Representation of the National Platform for Sustainability and Cohesion.
We are sure that our cooperation in the fields of energy efficiency and renewable energy is the beginning of a new era of energy supply in the Zaporizhzhia region! We work together for the development of the state!
