Participation of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» in projects supported by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD

International cooperation is one of the strategic areas of activity of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, as it contributes to the growth, first of all, of intellectual potential. The university is actively working not only to constantly expand partnerships, but also to establish reliable and long-term cooperation, which is facilitated by participation in the international program of the German academic exchange service DAAD.

In 2024, Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic received further funding for international projects with the support of the German academic exchange service DAAD within the framework of the initiative «Ukraine digital: Ensuring academic success in times of crisis», namely:

DILLUGIS (Digital Labs & Lectures for Ukrainian, German & International Students – Digital laboratories and lectures for Ukrainian, German and international students). The project involves the online involvement of students of our university in the undergraduate programs of a German university in the areas of: digital technologies, management and international business. The project is being implemented jointly with the University of East Bavaria (Amberg-Weiden, Germany) within the framework of a signed cooperation agreement.

Fächer der Elektrotechnik für Ukrainische Hochschulen («Subjects of Electrical Engineering for Ukrainian Universities»). The project involves the online participation of students of our university in electrical engineering courses from German and Ukrainian professors at the material and technical base of HWR Berlin. The project is being implemented jointly with HWR Berlin (Berlin University of Economics and Law, Germany) within the framework of a signed cooperation agreement.

EuroPIM Virtual Master School Ukraine — Phase 3 (EU-ViMUk3) («Virtual Master School of Ukraine»). The project is aimed at forming digital communities of participants in German and Ukrainian higher education, further development and modernization of Ukrainian educational programs and digitalization of educational spaces of Ukrainian higher education institutions. The project is being implemented jointly with the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Germany).
