Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic students are the champions of the U-19 Future National League!
On June 20, the FS team of KP SK Metalurg (Zaporizhzhia) became the winner of the Ukrainian Championship «National League of the Future» U–19 (Regional League), winning the final match against «Metalist 1925» (Kharkiv).
As part of the championship team, students of NU «Zaporizka Polytechnic» perform:
– Denys Doroshenko (UFKS–415)
– Volodymyr Karlin (UFKS–415)
– Mykyta Tokarev (KNT–15)
It was Denys Doroshenko who opened the scoring in the match and led the Zaporizhzhia team ahead. Denys was also recognized as the best player of the final.
The main time ended with the score 1:1, and the winner of the championship title was determined by a series of post-match penalties, in which the players of «Metalurg» won – 5:3.
After a long and busy season, the team lifted the championship cup over their heads and finished the competition in the status of the best team of the NLM U-19 Regional League.
