STEAM education from NU «Zaporizka Polytechnic»: project «Smart House»
Today, the first STEAM project was launched as part of the implementation of specialized education in general education institutions of the city of Zaporizhzhia together with the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.
At this time, six Zaporizhzhia schools have joined the project.
In the Zaporizhzhia Technical Lyceum and Zaporizhzhia Gymnasium No. 98, the first lessons from the «Smart House» project were held.
Associate professor of the department Kateryna Bratkovska and head of the department «Power Supply of Industrial Enterprises» Oleksandr Shram told the students about the concept of «smart house» and how to create your own smart house.
Students will have lessons in history, design, psychology, economics, sociology, physics and engineering, where they will reveal all the secrets of a smart home.
