Dear colleagues and students of universities and colleges!

The second stage of the rector’s election is over. I am grateful to every employee and student for their support, which inspires me to continue the path I have started and, in the end, to achieve the expected result. Once again we win with the majority of votes. And this proves the stability of the team’s beliefs, which is an assessment of our many years of successful cooperation in the implementation of numerous initiatives and educational and scientific projects aimed at increasing the potential of our university.

For more than 120 years, the university has been training the best engineers and scientists, but today technical education is going through difficult times and needs a new breath, new approaches. It needs not only support, but also a leader who strives to improve and develop engineering education.

The concept of development, which we have already started and are currently continuing to implement, is aimed precisely at preserving the integrity of our university, preserving every specialty, every department, every faculty, because only together we are Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic.

I hope that everyone who cares about our Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic will use the time before the new elections to evaluate the current achievements of each candidate and his team, the reality of the proposals and their implementation. And then make an informed choice and finally decide what future we want for our alma mater.
