Seminar for students «Cardiovascular diseases» at the initiative of the organization «UK-Med»
On February 28, at the initiative of the British non-governmental charitable organization «UK-Med», a seminar for students «Cardiovascular diseases» was held.
The main topics of discussion were:
- medical education in Ukraine
- definition of hypertension, its diagnostics, risks of development and prevention of the disease
- complications: stroke and heart attack, their signs, first aid for such conditions
- symptoms of a heart attack
- preservation and improvement of one’s own health
The seminar was held with the support of the student government and the trade union committee of students of the Zaporizhzhia National University polytechnic».
