Working meeting with the University of Stuttgart
Representatives of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic, led by Rector Viktor Greshta, with the assistance of our graduate Oleksandr Solomakh, met with our partners from the University of Stuttgart.
Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic was represented by Vice-Rectors Andriy Ivanchenko and Valerii Naumik, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Mykola Leonidovich Antonov, Head of the Department of Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations Andriy Pyrozhok, Head of the Center for Internationalization and International Cooperation Alina Kazurova, and Professor of the Department of Software Galyna Tabunshchyk.
On behalf of the University of Stuttgart, the meeting was attended by the Dean, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies of the Institute of Power Transmission and High-Voltage Engineering Prof. Dr. Krzysztof Rudion, Dean of Students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Director of the Institute of Reliable Power Semiconductor Systems Prof. Dr. Ingmar Kallfass, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Dr. Markus Gaida, Head of the International Erasmus Department of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology Ms. Virginie Herbasch.
The meeting was opened by Viktor Greshta. He spoke about the development trends of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, scientific achievements, the role of the university in the Zaporizhzhia region and thanked our partners for their support.
The participants discussed the implementation of exchange programs, internships, double diplomas, joint projects for students, research initiatives in the field of electric drives and automation of industrial installations, the development of courses and programs that meet the needs of the industry.
The German partners were also interested in the security situation in the city and the blended learning model introduced for students studying technical specialties.
Ready to implement new educational and scientific initiatives.
