Rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Viktor Greshta became a corresponding member of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine
On October 4, the President of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine, Anatoliy Vasiliev, presented the diploma of a corresponding member of the Engineering Academy to the rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, Viktor Hreshta, at the base of the Ivchenko-Progress State Enterprise.
During the solemn welcome speech, Anatolii Vasiliev recalled the history of the academy’s development, told about the results of the last meeting of engineers and further plans for international cooperation. For his part, Ihor Kravchenko, director of the SE «Ivchenko-Progress», emphasized the importance of engineering, high-quality training of students, and expressed his hope for the involvement of young people in design activities and work on new developments.
Viktor Leonidovych, among others, was congratulated by academicians of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine: adviser to the rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic Serhii Belikov and professor of the Department of Aviation Engine Technologies Oleksiy Kachan.
