Representatives of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic at the IV international forum «Human capital: skills for the future»
Rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University Viktor Greshta and Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work and University Development Prospects Ruslan Kulikovsky visited the IV International Forum «Human Capital: Skills for the Future». The forum was held in Kyiv on November 16. The main organizers are our long-time partners, the National Qualifications Agency.
Discussions at the forum sessions helped to deepen the understanding of the processes of accreditation of qualification centers, in particular in the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic and Colleges, which is being created to restore and improve the quality of human capital and expand opportunities for employment of IDPs.
Our main goal is focused on providing favorable conditions for the development of human capital, the national economy through the saturation of the labor market with highly qualified specialists through the recognition of professional qualifications acquired in Ukraine and abroad, as well as creating opportunities for continuous development and updating of knowledge and skills, which is important in today’s fast-changing world.
We strive to help people who may have lost their education documents, but possess relevant professional skills or need to acquire new competencies in an express mode as a result of informal, informal education, as well as recognition of these skills by qualification centers for employment at enterprises of the Zaporizhzhia region.
Dual education and the principles of its development became an important topic for discussion during the sessions. Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic already cooperates with many enterprises of the region under a tripartite agreement and continues to develop a base of useful solutions for the development of this sphere.
We are sure that the participation of the university administration in such events is an indicator of the sustainable development of educational, scientific and public initiatives of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University!
