Signing of a memorandum with the company «CARVECO»
On November 15, Viktor Greshta, the rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University, signed a memorandum with the managing director of the British company, Robert Newman. The main goal of the CARVECO company is to meet the requirements of the global market of computer-aided design (CAD) and automated mechanical engineering (CAM).
During the meeting, representatives of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University presented the activities of our university to partners and thanked the people of Britain for supporting Ukraine in the fight against armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
Forms of our further cooperation were discussed:
- introduction of CAD/CAM systems into the educational process and scientific work of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic
- internship of students in the company «CARVECO»
- development of it-technologies and approximation of their level to European standards
- scientific cooperation and organization and participation in bilateral and multilateral scientific and educational projects
Students of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic also took part in the discussion. They expressed hope for the earliest possible start of active work.
