Online trainings for pedagogical, scientific and pedagogical employees of institutions of professional pre-higher and higher education from Google Ukraine
Dear colleagues!
We would like to inform you that Google Ukraine, within the framework of agreements with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on expanding the possibilities of using digital tools for organizing the educational process in institutions of higher and professional pre-higher education, is organizing free online trainings that will be held on June 23 and 29, 2022.
On June 23, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, a practical online seminar on the use of digital tools for representatives of higher and professional pre-higher education will be held.
The event will discuss the main advantages and features of Google for Education solutions for higher and professional pre-higher education. The program includes:
- Google Workspace for Education basics: an overview of the main educational tools and features; practical recommendations for the effective use of Google Scholar; a demonstration of the capabilities of Google Advanced Search and Google Notifications
- Google Public Data, Dataset Search, Google Data Studio, and Google Cloud Platform for scientific activities
- other features of Google tools.

Upon completion, each participant will be able to download their own digital badge on the event website.
On June 29, from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM, Google will conduct an online training on the possibilities of using the YouTube platform in the educational process.
The training is designed to familiarize all groups of educators with the main functions and principles of YouTube, as well as the advantages of using it for online teaching. The program includes:
- basics of working with the platform
- searching for educational material on YouTube
- using YouTube for synchronous and asynchronous online teaching;
- features of integrating the platform into the educational process.
