Offline meeting with representatives of PJSC «Zaporizhstal»
On June 15, an offline meeting with representatives of PJSC «Zaporizhstal» was held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
The event was attended by students and graduates who are studying or have studied in the following educational programs: foundry production, welding, materials science, metal pressure processing, electromechanical equipment for energy-intensive industries and heat and power engineering.
The speakers of the meeting were:
- Human Resources Director Serhiy Yakymenko, Head of the Department of Recruitment, Staffing and Personnel Development Serhiy Koypish,
- Head of the Personnel Development Department Volodymyr Hrytsenko, Head of the Human Resources Department Oleh Shpykovsky.
They emphasized the importance and relevance of technical specialties. The speakers also explained the conditions under which career growth occurs at PJSC «Zaporizhstal» and outlined the features of personnel policy.
The students asked questions about studying in the dual form of education, about the advantages of working at the enterprise and about completing an internship.
