Offline meeting with representatives of JSC «Motor Sich»
On July 7, representatives of JSC «Motor Sich» visited NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» to tell students about the company’s activities, personnel policy, employment opportunities and career growth.
The meeting was opened by the rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic, Viktor Greshta, who thanked the speakers for organizing an event dedicated to building a career at a high-tech enterprise together with the Center for Promoting Employment of Students and Graduates.
The main part was conducted by our graduate, HR Director Vitalii Khrol. The topics of his speech were:
- the role of the enterprise in the city and country, the vector of enterprise development
- international partnerships
- competitiveness of developments of JSC «Motor Sich»
- salaries at the enterprise
- social structure of «Motor Sich», as well as sports, cultural and intellectual events for employees
- cooperation with NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic»: paid internship, dual education, employment and the beginning of a career
- human resources needs of «Motor Sich»
It is nice to hear that such an important enterprise for Ukrainian industry sees our university as a source of highly qualified personnel and a strategic partner for the development of its activities.
The meeting ended with a session question-answer.
