Meeting of heads of local authorities, enterprises and organizations of Zaporizhzhia region
On March 22, at the initiative of the head of the ZOSPP(R) «Potential» Golovka O.S., a joint meeting of heads of local authorities, enterprises and organizations of Zaporizhzhia region was held.
The topic of the meeting was a discussion of the activities of Zaporizhzhia enterprises during martial law and ways to solve the problems that Zaporizhzhia enterprises are facing today: employee outflow, mobilization, energy supply, payment and taxation, etc. The issues of financial transactions between foreign enterprises and Zaporizhzhia were discussed. They also talked about the restoration and development of enterprises and the region as a whole, about creating conditions for the return of Ukrainian citizens home.
During the meeting, Alena Gavrylenko, Deputy Chairman of the ZOFRE Council, reported on the approval of appeals from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Federation of Employers to government bodies, organizations, and institutions for assistance in resolving complex issues of the city’s enterprises.
The rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Viktor Greshta, expressed gratitude to the Zaporizhzhia Regional State Administration, the leadership of the ZOSPP(R) «Potential» and the directors of the enterprises for supporting the educational front of the region. Viktor Leonidovich emphasized the need to create special admission conditions for applicants from the Zaporizhzhia region. It is necessary to create all conditions for young people to enter a Zaporizhzhia institution of higher education, and after completing their studies to work at the city’s enterprises. This will make it possible to preserve human capital and ensure sustainable development of the native region.
During the event, the composition of the Board of Directors of enterprises and organizations under the Zaporizhzhia Regional Federation of Employers was approved.

• Viktor Greshta, Rector of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University
• Pavlo Kravchenko, Chairman of the Board of PJSC «Zaporizhzhia Ferroalloy Plant»
• Oleksiy Nikiforov, General Director of JSC «Motor Sich»
• Andriy Shapoval, Director of KP «Vodokanal» ZMR
The association of enterprises, educational institutions and local leadership will allow today to implement measures for the sustainable development of the Zaporizhzhia region and increase its potential after the end of martial law.
