Youth Forum «Jurisprudence during Martial Law»
On March 24, a meeting was held with the deputy of the Zaporizhzhia City Council Regina Kharchenko as part of the youth forum «Jurisprudence during Martial Law» with the assistance of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
During the meeting with the students of the polytechnic, the following issues were considered:
- relations between the state and the citizen during war
- how to ensure access to justice during martial law
- has the process of registering legal entities changed when martial law was introduced
- recommendations for future lawyers, taking into account all the changes that the war has brought to life.
The event became an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world jurisprudence and understand the directions of work during the war.
The students will have many more interesting meetings with practitioners and aces of their profession.
