Memorandum with the State Organization «Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation»
On November 9, the rector of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, Viktor Greshta, signed a memorandum with Olena Orliuk, director of the State Organization «Ukrainian National Office of Intellectual Property and Innovation».
Cooperation involves promoting the development of innovative infrastructure, including technology transfer offices, start-up schools, incubators, accelerators, science parks and innovation hubs, holding joint educational events and trainings on intellectual property and innovation, introducing innovations in the formation of a new regional development strategy.
TISC representatives presented their vision of our future work. Ihor Parenchuk spoke about the two-stage program of work with technological industries. The first stage concerns the mastery of the theory, and the second – the development of practical solutions. During the meeting, the project of creating a hub and innovation laboratory on the basis of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic was discussed.
Viktor Greshta invited our future partners to hold offline workshops for students, and also offered to develop joint scientific activities.
Intellectual property is one of the key aspects on Ukraine’s path to the European Union, as well as to the creation of an innovative and attractive state!
