Lecture «Entrepreneurship and the search for a business idea» for students of Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic University

On December 6, a lecture by the head of organizational development projects, consultant and mentor of Diya-Business, EBRD consultant Illia Novikov on the topic «Entrepreneurship and the search for a business idea» was held at the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.

Illia Novikov is a consultant and expert in the field of management and development with exceptional experience: 15 years in management, 20 years of work with personnel, 10 years in consulting and business development projects.

Together with the students, Mr. Illia discussed the following issues:

• the desire to become a businessman: own motivation, willingness to take risks, ability to make decisions decision-making and team management, strategic thinking
• myths and illusions about your own business: quick success, size of start-up capital, work schedule, lack of control
• search for a business idea: market analysis, trends and innovations, demand, experimental approach
