Internationalization as a measure of education quality
On March 1, the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University will host a forum «Internationalization as a measure of education quality» with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education, the National Qualifications Agency, and other institutions and organizations.
The forum will be held online using the ZOOM platform.
The forum program includes issues related to the harmonization of the regulatory and legal framework of Ukraine in the field of education and science with EU legislation, the improvement of internal quality assurance systems in the context of internationalization, the development of an expert environment for assessing the quality of higher education, and the opportunities for international scientific programs for the academic community and education seekers.
The purpose of the forum is to provide knowledge and competencies to ensure the quality of higher education and educational activities in the European Union. integration.
The task is to develop competencies necessary during the educational process in modern conditions, in particular:
- ability to adapt and act in a new situation;
- ability to make informed decisions;
- ability to comply with the requirements of legislation in the field of higher education, scientific and innovative activities;
- ability to work in an international context;
- ability to apply and develop new approaches to solving research and/or innovative problems in the field of education;
- ability to manage the strategic development of the team in scientific, pedagogical and scientific activities;
- critical understanding of problems in the field of education and science.
Expected results education:
- organize the educational process based on modern trends in the development of the quality of education and scientific activity;
- create an open educational and scientific environment;
- make effective, responsible decisions on management issues in the field of education/science, particularly in new or unfamiliar environments, given the presence of many criteria and incomplete or limited information.
Target group: heads of educational institutions and scientific institutions; grants of educational programs; scientific and pedagogical workers, researchers, education seekers; representatives of state authorities; employers.
