Tuition fee indexation: 12% increase

According to the officially determined inflation rate for 2024 (112%), from September 1, 2025, the cost of tuition will be increased by 12% for the following categories of applicants for a higher education degree or scientific degree:
? students who are transferred to the 2nd–4th year of undergraduate studies in 2025–2026 (the list of specialties and educational programs for which there will be an increase can be found in the annexes to the order: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1z2WWJcRUzwafRk7KN-IP3BweMULmjDUo/view?usp=sharing)
? students who are transferred to the 2nd year of master’s degree in 2025–2026 (all specialties)
?  postgraduate students seeking the level of higher education “Doctor of Philosophy” of the second, third, fourth year of study in full-time and evening studies (all specialties)
?  doctoral students seeking the scientific degree “Doctor of Science” of the second year of study (all specialties)
? citizens, second year of study, studying in a military training unit at the Department of Military Training under the Reserve Officer Program

For those who have paid for the entire period of study, the cost of tuition will not be indexed.

‼️You can pay for your tuition at the old price until September 1, 2025.

If you have tuition debt, it will also be indexed.
