Module 2 “Academy of Educational Quality”

On June 2, the 2nd module of the “Academy of Educational Quality” was successfully held at the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University.

The second module was dedicated to the topic “Ensuring the quality of the educational program: teaching, assessment and human resources.” The participants worked on key aspects of the organization of the educational process, the system of assessing learning outcomes and human resources management in accordance with modern requirements for ensuring the quality of higher education and accreditation criteria.

The participants considered:
– principles of student-centered learning and teaching
– approaches to assessing learning outcomes and ensuring their transparency
– mechanisms of academic integrity in the educational process
– staffing of educational programs and development of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers
– practices of forming a high-quality educational environment and supporting participants in the educational process

The practice-oriented format of the event allowed guarantors of educational programs and heads of departments to deepen their knowledge of ensuring the quality of educational activities, to obtain practical tools for improving educational programs, the educational process and internal education quality assurance system.

The Academy of Education Quality continues to unite the academic community around a common goal – developing a culture of quality, improving the educational environment and increasing the competitiveness of the university’s educational programs.
