Forum “Science for Youth – 2026”
On May 28, the Scientific Society of Students, Postgraduate Students, Doctoral Students, Young Scientists and Specialists of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University, in coordination with permanent partners, held the Science for Youth — 2026 Forum. The event was dedicated to supporting and developing youth science: current opportunities in the field of youth science, opportunities for creating and managing scientific initiatives, ways to find funding, grant programs and support for scientific projects were considered.
The forum was opened by Rector Viktor Greshta, who welcomed the participants and wished the young scientists success in their professional careers. The congratulations were joined by Deputy Head of the Council of Young Scientists at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Elizaveta Kulikova, Head of the Council of Young Scientists at the Zaporizhia Regional State Administration, Professor of the Department of Marketing and Logistics Anastasia Zerkal, and Head of the Scientific Society of Students, Postgraduate Students, Doctoral Students, Young Scientists and Specialists of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University Serhiy Leoshchenko.
At the forum, speakers presented successful cases of implementing initiatives to support youth science on various topics:

– “Self-managed teams in the project activities of young scientists” — Tetyana Zhyrova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Software Engineering and Cybersecurity of the State University of Trade and Economics
– “From Ideas to Impact: Project Activities, International Cooperation and Youth Engagement at Educons University” — Jovana Kisin, Chief Project Officer, Project Incubator Hub, Educons University, Serbia
