On October 14–15, Zaporizhia Polytechnic University joined the global initiative #ErasmusDays2025. The Project Activities Department of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic University held a series of online events dedicated to the development of international partnerships, academic mobility, and the exchange of best practices in the implementation of Erasmus+ projects. More than 200 participants took part in the events.

On October 14, a presentation “Erasmus+ Best Practices” was held, during which participants heard real success stories, learned about mobility formats and modern approaches to managing international projects.

Sincere gratitude to Svitlana Shytikova, coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, for her warm words of welcome, support for the university’s initiatives, and inspiration for further participation in Erasmus+ programs.

– Ruslan Kulikovsky, vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work and issues of university development prospects of the Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University — project presentation “Scalable Electronic Document Workflow for Universities”

– Vasyl Mazin, Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports Management, Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University — Presentation of the Erasmus+ CC4C Project
– Klara Wehrlein, Internationalization Manager, Offenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany) — Erasmus+ Short-Term Mobility Formats
– Julia Bohdziewicz, Head of the Student Mobility Department and Erasmus+ Institutional Coordinator, Wroclaw Polytechnic University (Poland) — Mobility Opportunities for Academic Staff and Students
– Tetyana Gorokhova, Associate Professor, Department of Management and Marketing, Priazovsky State Technical University — Best Practices for Implementing Erasmus+ Projects at PDTU
– Olga Goncharova, Head of the Department of International Relations and Project Activities, Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Moscow State University — The Impact of Erasmus+ Projects on Strengthening the Public and Educational Vector of the University;

On October 15, a practical training “Writing an Erasmus+ Project Application” was held, during which participants received useful advice on structuring ideas, formulating goals and objectives, as well as typical mistakes that should be avoided when preparing an application.

Halyna Tabunshchyk, Professor of the Department of Software at Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University, shared her knowledge. She is the initiator of the Erasmus+ KA1 and KA171 projects, thanks to which students of Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University have the opportunity to study and undergo internships at partner universities throughout Europe. It was under her coordination that the university first became an Erasmus+ grantholder — within the framework of the WORK4CE (Cross-domain competences for healthy and safe work in the 21st century) project. Maria Pavlenko, head of the project activities department of Zaporizhia Polytechnic National University, explained how to properly write an Erasmus+ application and look for partners.

On 14 October, a presentation entitled ‘Best Practices of Erasmus+’ was held, during which participants heard real success stories, learned about mobility formats and modern approaches to managing international projects.
