Assistance from the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation
From the first days of the full-scale invasion, the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University became a real hub for people who were forced to leave their homes and evacuate to safer places
The Volunteer Headquarters of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University, together with the employees of the student campus, began working with charitable foundations in April, one of which is the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation.
The Right to Protection Charitable Foundation began its work in 2013, is one of the leaders of the human rights movement in Ukraine, and has strong positions in the field of protecting the rights of IDPs, refugees, and stateless persons. Partner organizations, donor organizations, media, and beneficiaries recognize the Foundation as a leading organization in its field.
At the beginning of cooperation, residents of our dormitories received legal support, and later material support: mattresses, bed linen, and household appliances.
At the end of December, household electrical appliances were delivered to student dormitories No. 4 and No. 5, namely: water heaters — 10 pieces, electric stoves — 20 pieces, refrigerators — 8 pieces, washing machines — 6 pieces, irons — 5 pieces, electric kettles — 10 pieces, and microwave ovens — 10 pieces.
We are infinitely grateful for the help and look forward to further fruitful cooperation.
