To the attention of residents of student dormitories of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic»
From May 16 to June 30 2022, resettlement will take place. If you intend to continue your stay in the dormitory, you need to:
1. Fill out the documents (Housing rental agreement (2 copies) and application for residence. Forms can be found on the university website in the «Student/Dorms» section or by QR code).
2. Submit an application for accommodation:
- at your dean’s office or college (signature, seal);
- at the dormitory accounting department (administrative building, room No. 2);
- at the head of your dormitory;
- at the trade union committee of students of the Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic National University.
3. Pay the appropriate fee for accommodation in the dormitory (only after collecting all the signatures on the application).
4. Obtain a settlement order from the campus administration (60 Zhukovsky St., have a ready set of documents and a receipt for payment for accommodation in the dormitory with you).
5. Obtain a medical certificate from your family doctor.
6. The order, payment receipt and medical certificate should be provided to the head of their dormitory.
Students who are in temporarily occupied territories or abroad, due to which they are unable to arrive, but wish to retain a place in the dormitory, should call (061) 224-42-35 and inform the student trade union about this.
The decision on the resettlement of students who in the current academic year had comments regarding compliance with the Rules of Internal Regulations, obligations under the housing rental agreement and the norms of the Regulations on the student dormitory of NU «Zaporizhzhia Polytechnic» is made at the end of August, after providing housing to all entrants in 2022.
